LGC Investment Casting is founded in the year 2015 with dynamic & professional team. With amazing demonstration of team work, LGC has reached to a position of pouring 50 Tons per month of Investment Castings (also known as Lost Wax Castings) installed capacity in a very short span of 8 years from its inception.

LGC with its dynamic approach towards problem solving in various industries where able to bag the confidence of customers across the globe. This approach has given us a reputation in the market as “Solution Provider” than just a supplier of parts. Development of over 500 + different variety of parts have further strengthened our capabilities in handing challenging parts in various applications.

Export oriented Unit with supplied to 5 different countries.
Casting Weight ranging from 8 grams to 50 kg single piece
Can handle high volumes up to 2 lakh+ comonents per month
Installed production capacity 50 MT and expandable upto 100MT
Dimensional accuracy as per VDG-P 690 (D2)
Well established set up /network for Post cast secondary operations like:

Heat treatment.
CNC machining (facility at Bangalore and Mysore)
Surface treatment (Zinc plating, Blackening, Zinc Nickel Plating, Chrome plating)
In house testing for Chemical analysis, Dimensions, Mechanical properties, MPI, DP test
Out sourced NABL laboratory testing for Radiography testing, IGCT, Impact and Microstructure test.
